Easy Mushroom Soup from Campbells Kitchen


I made this soup tonight and it was delicious. I got the recipe from Campbells Kitchen www.campbellskitchen.com...I took a picture!! I never take pictures of my food but I was proud of it and my pretty bowls that my DD got me :)
Here is the recipe!!! I replaced the fresh peas with canned ones and the green onions with chives and it came out delicious!! Its a great way to get veggies in your day. :)

Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 25 min.
Serves: 4.


INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 cups Swanson® 50% Less Sodium Beef Broth
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (about 8 ounces)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup fresh or frozen peas
1 tbsp. sliced green onion


DIRECTIONS
Heat the broth, black pepper, rosemary, mushrooms, carrots, onion, celery and peas in a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the green onion. Cook for 5 minutes more or until the vegetables are tender.
